Mother's Day is always such a special time of year.  We have the opportunity to show our amazing mothers, sisters, or friends how much we appreciate them and what an awesome job they've done as mothers.  I personally love spending quality time with my family over brunch or high tea and also like to give a little gift to the women I love.  I chose a few simple and easy beauty gifts that are universally loved by the women in my life.  

The Hourglass Girl Lip Stylo is a newer item I recently purchased because of all the rave and it did not disappoint.  It comes in bright to neutral shades, but all colors are wearable.  The texture is creamy, luxurious and hydrating on the lips.  Love!

The Hourglass Ambient lighting blushes are so unique.  It's pigmented, gives your face dimension and also makes your skin look radiant and glowy.

I would label Jo Malone's Peony & Blush cologne as a classic and staple to have in your perfume collection.  It's a scent I always use during the spring and summer months.  I usually don't wear floral scents because it can give me headaches, but this particular scent doesn't bother me.  It's feminine and lovely and also pairs well with other scents by Jo Malone. 

YSL's baby doll kiss & blush is a creamy mousse formula for your lips and cheeks.  It's surprisingly long lasting and easy to blend.  I apply the applicator directly to my cheeks and blend using a beauty blender or brush.  It is a soft matte finish and stays on all day.  I love the color and texture and is also great for traveling.  

I recently purchased Tom Ford's lip balm (limited edition) and can't stop wearing it.  It's a clutch sized product, so definitely smaller than the regular Tom Ford lipsticks, but perfect to throw in your purse or woc.  It comes in a variety of shades and leaves a slight tint to your lips.  I picked one of the lighter shades so I could use it everyday.  It's moisturizing and I love the smooth, jelly like formula.  So cute as well :)
